It all starts with your needs

Firstly we need to know the location of the shoot (with an exact postcode), proposed date and a brief containing as much background information as possible on what you want us to survey or inspect, but we’ve created a form for you to make this bit really easy.

Then we do our homework

Before accepting a job, we will carry out a full online survey and risk assessment in line with our CAA approved operations manual, to ensure we are able to safely carry out the work and if there are any other factors, flight restrictions or permissions that need to be considered. This may require a site visit ahead of confirming the booking.

Confirming your booking

We’ll supply you with a formal quotation, including our terms and conditions. If you are happy to proceed we will ask you for a 20% deposit, once this is paid your booking is confirmed and we will set about getting our gear ready for the day.

Together with your booking confirmation we will send you the itinerary for your survey including all of the checks we are obliged to carry out under the terms of our CAA Permissions for Commercial Operations (PfCO).

The great British weather

Drone operations are affected by the weather especially in the U.K.  Therefore we adopt a flexible and pragmatic approach to scheduling client work.

We cannot operate our drones in rain or high winds.  Also clients may have specific requirements that restrict us to flying at specific times, so where conditions 48 hours ahead of the survey don’t look good we will reschedule the shoot to the next suitable date at no additional cost and the booking deposit is transferred to the new date.

Weather is a known business risk in the UK, so we will be as flexible as possible to ensure that bookings can be rearranged.

On the day

We will arrive on site in time to carry out a further site survey and all required checks, this will be followed by a full safety information briefing before we carry out the survey work.

Should a report be required as part of the survey work, this will supplied within 24 hours of the survey unless agreed otherwise.
